Can I buy products direct from this website? Not at this time. We (Radley Prep) are a wholesale company that services Collegiate Campus Bookstores and Corporate clients. To purchase any items you see on this website, please contact your Campus Bookstore. If they aren't selling Radley Prep merchandise already, please recommend that they do !
How do I submit a wholesale order? Email your Purchase Order and artwork (EPS or JPEG high resolution files preferred) to us. Be sure to inform us of any special requests when submitting your order.
How do I care for my Radley Prep jewelry? We offer a variety of metals in the Radley Prep collection to appeal to different budgets (i.e. sterling silver, gold vermeil, gold and silver plated brass and stainless steel). Whatever the metal and/or finish, we have a few tips for keeping your pieces looking shiny and new. 1) To prevent discolouration, we recommend removing your jewelry before showering, swimming and exercising. 2) Store your piece in a sealed pouch, jewelry box, or poly bag, as leaving it out in the open can cause tarnishing by oxidation over time. 3) Clean your pieces by buffing them with a soft jewelry polish cloth or rag.

What is the brand story and mission? Radley Prep is a Canadian, female owned business founded in 2011, and named after the founder Erin's greatest role model: her grandmother Joan Radley Fitzpatrick.

Where are Radley Prep products made? Radley Prep products are all designed in Toronto (Canada) and produced by skilled technicians in a few carefully selected factories in Taiwan and China. As a member of the Fair Labor Association (FLA), we adhere to the FLA's International Code of Conduct, committed to ensuring fair labour practices, safe working conditions and livable wages.
